Bluetooth mains adaptor
Telephone not working in kitchen,new sky hub fitted 9th Dec engineer says we need Bluetooth mains adapter, can get from SKY

I think you were misinformed by the engineer. As far as I'm aware only BT offer a digital voice adapter for their own set ups. Perhaps someone else can confirm.
Also, Sky won't / can't contact you based on your post. Your Community log in name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you may have, so no one knows who you are anyway.

@SAN35 I'm afraid as @Daniel0210 posted, there's no such adaptor for Sky's landline service. The only connection is via the physical landline socket at the rear of the broadband Hub.

And it's DECT, not Bluetooth ; )
