Automatic pick up

My mother has dementia, she is also bed ridden.

The problem is with the home phone. If she manages to pick it up she doesn't hang it up. So the next caller cannot connect. I need a phone that has automatic pick up and loud speaker. Then everyone can talk to her again.

Any suggestions??

@Alan217  Is your mother being looked after by any of the social services in her area. They should be able to give you ideas on this type of thing.

@Alan217  It may be worth googling for the Alzheimer's Association website as they may have recommendations on suitable phones.

 

I have seen some but I'm not sure if they do automatic pick-up.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
