I am under the impression that I can activate and use Sky's "Talk Shield" service on my account.
However, whenever I got to the relvant webpage i keep (almost two weeks now) it returns an error "Technical error. It’s not you, it’s us. Try refreshing the page. Or use the link below to start again."
Refreshing does not work nor the link. Neither can I activate by dialing 1780 as this is just a message directing me back to the website.
Am I doing something wrong? I am ineligible for the service? I'm frankly stumped now and dissapointed.

To activate the Sky Talk Shield you need to call. Dial 150 on your landline phone.

Re: Attempting to Enable Sky Talk Shield - Website or
Dialing 150 on the phone connected to the Sky landline (i.e. via router) did the trick. Initially I got an automated service that did not help but if you terminate the call you get an offer to talk directly with a person.
Be aware that they do ask for verification - in my case a couple of digits of the bank a/c used for the setup/payments.
Sorted in a few minutes.
