A hanging wire

A wire which appears to be attached to telegraph pole is attached also to our house, and is hanging low across house . We get a message on our phone which says check phone line. Worried wire could get more damage too out if it isn't tacked up . Thanks

Give Sky a call to report it but it you feel it's dangerous then you can try reporting it to Openreach direct.
