59 Minute Rule For Sky Talk Evenings & Weekends Extra Package

Hi all,

was anyone aware of the 59 minute rule when using the "Sky Talk Evenings & Weekends Extra Package", as I have just been charged £19.98 extra for going over that limit, on a Saturday evening, I realise it was my mistake, so not complaining about that, but I have been unable to find it on the Sky pages, can anyone point me to the correct page please, many thanks.

BTW, the Sky agent advised to end the call prior to the 59 minutes time, and then just call the number again to avoid incurring the charge.

Regards.

Gez.

Yes, it's mentioned (in bold text if I remember correctly) in the Sky Talk billing page.

Unfortunately one of those unpleasant 'features' which Ofcom seems content to let telcos get away with.
