2nd phone socket line is dead

Hi

I have had sky Talk for a few weeks and just realised that a phone plugged in to a BT socket upstairs is no longer connected. Can this be fixed?

Yes, the main phone is now in the sky router but was in the BT socket before?

The stand alone phone upstairs was plugged in to a telephone socket but that line is dead

The only landline connection is via your broadband Hub so your wall sockets won't work, I'm afraid. Have a look at DECT wireless phones, as a solution.
