1571 not working

I have 1571 activated on my Skytalk & when I dial in I get the usual message saying you have a new message & the number. But instead of hearing the message all I get is PLEASE HOLD and nothing else despite waiting.

 

Anyone got the same or know what's wrong please?

I would report this fault to Sky by calling them on the free 150 number.
