0908 numbers

I am being charged by sky talk for calls from various 0908 numbers , no one has answered these calls , no one can recall the phone ringing, its usually around 8am, I also have sky talk shield, why can this happen ?

The charges on your bill relate to calls you make. You're not charged for calls you receive.
