will not let me create a paramount + account

everytime i attempt to create a paramount+ account through my sky cinema it tells me  to try again later and kicks me off of the page. This has been happening for a few hours now. I have been paying for sky cinema for at least two years but never got around to creating a paramount account until now.

Sky+ customers don't get a Paramount+ account as they cannot run apps on our boxes, you need one of Skys other TV services for Paramount+
