viewing card not authorized

My sky + screen is showing "  viewing card not authorized.  if you have a new card ."etc etc. I have tried ringing on screen numbers with no

success  Been promised a new card within 3-5 working days but nothing has happened... 3 times - i m paying quite a sum for substription and get no service at all 

 

anyone help ?

This forum is primarily customer-to-customer help, you're not talking to Sky support

 

If Sky are sending a new card and it has not arrived then you'll need to phone them
