unable to access sky

I haven't had access to sky for over three months. Direct debits have been coming out with me not utilising the service.  agent mentioned I need a new sky Q box because my current one is outdated this will not affect my current contract.

If you have Sky+ then yes, you'll need to upgrade to Sky Q if you want to continue having a Sky satellite TV service. You'll need to call Sky to arrange an engineer visit to change the LNB on your dish and install a Q box.

@NAB0221 what's the reason for the delay with Sky Q? Have you actually ordered Sky Q imstallation? What problem are you having with your Sky+ box?
