If you mean you can't access sport on the 'red button', Sky+ customers (where you've posted) cannot receive red button games. Customers with Sky+ (with the full sports subscription) will only receive the Sky Sports+ Channel (channel 404), but will not have access to the live streams of any other games on simultaneously as Sky+ is not compatible.
