@cielesazul if there's no light at all on the front panel of your Sky box, try a different mains socket and check the fuse in the plug. If both are ok, then it looks like your Sky box has died and you'll need to upgrade either to Sky Q or Sky Stream to continue your subscription. (A replacement Sky+HD box won't work).
