sky viewingcard

After a short spell in hospital I find my remoto and sky box don't work propely. I am haveing problems that my vieewing card does not appesr to to be reconised. I did think it could be a the remoto so have bought a new remoto. still now joy. the sky box does not like my viewing card and aftrr much.I can get feeview channel but wont let me view my sky channel

Was your Sky box turned off while you were away?
