sky pin problem

Responding to a sky offer for UHD and requested my pin. Tried 3 times, wouldn't accept pin so followed instructions to change pin.

Then says pin changed succesfully but when going back to order the upgrade says pin incorrect chsge pin....

This keeps looping and no apparent solution?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sky+ (where you've posted) is not compatible with UHD so which TV service do you have?
