replacement viewing card

hi I rang last week because of issues with my viewing card.  Was told one would be sent 3/4 days delivery i still haven't received one and not happy as cannot watch or download my sky programmes

please update

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
