replacement tv handset

My buttons on the handset are frozen, handset is not working.

 

how do i order  a replacement tv handset please

You can order one from the Accessories store here: https://www.sky.com/shop/accessories

Or buy one from an online retailer or your local hardware store or supermarket (probably more cheaply).
