do I have to re-pair viewing cards

hi guys my mutiroom has been messed up on my account sky are sending me new viewing cards I was wondering do I need to re-pair the view cards and boxes via activate my channels?

Yes, either you can do it or Sky can do it remotely

A New Install will pair a card

ok great wasnt sure with the fact sky was issuing the replacement viewing cards if it was automatically done their end and amazingly new install via the phone line still works well it says completed at the end of it
