Has i recently said on one of the forums on here,ive not been able to get sky on my television,due to the problem with our communial ariel,,it went on for a few weeks,well our landlord finally sent smeone down to fix it on friday,so its okay now,but after it was fixed ,i phoned sky up to tell them it had been fixed,and that i could not watch sky on my television for a few weeks over it,but there was no mention of them giving me any compensation off of my bill for it.

Glad it's fixed!

Sky won't pay compensation, but they might give you a credit on your account for the period you we're without service, but possibly not if you didn't call them when your service initially failed.

your right there it was a little while that i notified them when it went wrong,i should have imformed sky straight away.
