channel 171 will not record on 2nd sky hd + box

channel 171 thats tv is recording ok on 1st sky + box but on 2nd one it will not record anything on that channel

What is channel 171, and what error message are you seeing on the 2nd box?

Hi channel171 is 'thats tv' we are not seeing an error message as such just something that says technical fault10.18.

Have you tried restarting your Sky box by switching it off at the plug for at least 4 minutes?
