Wrong viewing card

I cancelled multi room and got rid of the equipment I was not using. Unfortunately (it never occurred to me at the time) the viewing card that Sky cancelled was the one in my main box so now my account says it's linked to one number (that I have destroyed) and the card I have is not linked to my account. I need someone at Sky to reassign my card number to my account
