Why is Crowd sound on sky+ red button muted

Why is the crowd sound so low during game -pre match is ok but it's like watching with no sound -makes the experience boring no atmosphere eg  bristol city v leeds today

It did fluctuate quite a bit. As far as I know, the production for Sports+ games comes from the home clubs in house service, rather than the usual Sky production.

I'm not even convinced that the commentators were in the stadium.
