When I try to download a film it takes forever to download

Hi 

 

when I download a movie from sky cinema or a purchase a movie from sky store it takes all day to download a movie. I have purchased sky HD and ultra HD as I thought it would help. It has not helped at all the most recent movie I downloaded it took 24 hours to download

Must be your broadband as we can download quite quickly

I agree with @Annie+UK - poor wifi speed (not broadband speed) is the most likely cause, unless your Sky box is connected via ethernet cable to your router.
