Re: Volume control through new remote
Have you programmed your remote with the correct code for your TV make and model?

Re: Volume control through new remote
Thanmks. Yes. It's a JVC TV with a Sky+ box. Sky doesn't recognise the TV model. I have tried all the many four digit codes they gave. One lets me do everything except adjust volume.

Re: Volume control through new remote
It looks like the code you used isn't fully compatible. If you've tried the other recommended codes, there's a final search you could try, which goes through every code stored in your remote to see if there's one that controls volume as well as everything else.
Unfortunately I can't remember the details, but I know they're in @Annie+UK's FAQ. When you have a mo @Annie+UK could you post a link (I wasn't sure if you'd be happy for me to post it)?

@Mark39 Anyone can link to my FAQ as long as it is for non-proft, as it says at the top of each FAQ page 🙂 😈
