Is this the same viewing card being used in the same Sky+ box that it was in at the end of October 2024?

@Sue1271 ....and have you previously ordered then cancelled Sky Q?

Yes I did order then cancel Sky Q. I have an old sky + box which does not have a physical viewing card. I followed the Sky instructions to view my viewing card number but it did not recognise the last 3 digits

ALL Sky satellite boxes have a Physical Viewing Card in a slot behind a door

Then this is your issue, as soon as Sky Q is ordered the card you have is cancelled, it doesn't happen straight away but as you have found it does after a while.

You'll need to ask Sky for a replacement card (assuming your Sky Q order didn't get to the stage where a card was sent to you).  They may try to tell you that they can no longer issue a card and you'll have to upgrade to Sky Q, but that's not the case.
