Hi my sky plus is saying that my viewing card is not authorised. I did order sky w a few months back but the order was cancelled by sky as the engineer said my dish was too high on my roof so they couldn't proceed. My sky subscription was left as sky plus. Any channels I pay for are not available to me?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen you placed the order for Sky Q a new viewing card is sent to you so if you received it then you should be able to use that as your Sky+ card will have been cancelled hence this message.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Beans222 if you didn't receive a new Viewing Card you'll need to contact Sky to request a replacement.
