We pay monthly for viaplay which did work initially but now just comes up with error message showing sky + hd box isn't getting a satellite signal. Have tried all the things suggested on the website.
this was happening with other channels and record wasn't working however this has all resolved but viaplay still won't work.
weather is fine. No obvious blocks to satellite dish
any ideas?
