Unable to access all TV channels in package

I have the Entertainment package that says it includes Sky Atlantic and Sky Max, but when I try to watch something it says I need to upgrade ?

You're not trying to watch HD channels/content with no HD addon are you?

Try channel 807 if that is Sky Atlantic SD for you.

As said by @Annie+UK you tried to access the HD ones. Even after switching to SD if you get the upgrade prompt please feel free to get in touch with the support team over a call.

@christi-sj thank you for the response, I'm not very good with these things and it has just taken me about half an hour to try and work out how to respond 😞 

I am not sure about HD, or even how I would know if this is what I'm watching with. I rarely watch live TV but a few times now I have tried to watch series on these 2 channels on catch up/demand and am just getting the upgrade prompt. I thought I had Atlantic but presumed it has been removed until I finally managed to navigate the website well enough to discover what was in my package and that they were included which caused my confusion. 

Why they have to make things so difficult I don't know !

I have tried calling, but never get a response and the virtual bot thing was as much use as a chocolate teapot.

Some content on catchup/On Demand is in Box Sets which you might not be subscribed to

To identify HD press the i  button on the remote and you should see near the top of the screen

@Ellaine5986 As Annie says, it is almost certain that you are trying to watch Box Sets. With the Entertainment Package you don't get access to Box Sets. You would need to either add the Box Sets subscription to your account or, probably a more cost effective option would be to switch from the Entertainment Package to the Signature Package, which includes Box Sets as standard.

I don't know where you are getting this information from @christi-sj  because Sky One and Fox are both closed and the Sky Signature package does not include Netflix.

Apologize for my mistake I did miss editing before posting it. You're right Fox is no longer available,  If possible delete that post for me as I couldn't do it from my end.

Thanks for the help folks.

I have Sky Go and Netflix and have watched some box sets on there, I just can't seem to watch some from certain channels so not sure what I'm doing wrong. Still can't get a response on the phone, so will keep trying.
