U8000f code

Hi. I hope someone can help me. I've just bought a samsung u8000f 55" tv.  I've tried all the codes and none are working. When i press the right button to change the channel on sky it knocks it straight off the hdmi and back to tv. It's SO important to get this sorted as my disabled daughter uses the sky remote for her music channels and she's devasted.  Sky + Hd box.  Thank you 🙏 x

Thanks still the same problem . Volume doesn't work and right button knocks out of hdmi and back to tv 🥺

You could not have gone through ALL 9999 codes in that short amount of time 🙃️

😅 I've tried a LOT. They're all doing the same thing. I'll keep trying x

@Trishmac I'd suggest starting again, after resetting your remote by progamming it with code 999. That should stop the problems you're currently having with it

Hi.. do you mean doing all the other steroids I've been trying with 4 digit codes and using 999 instead? X

@Trishmac  code 999 will reset the remote to its factory condition - there's then no code programmed for your tv. If a right cursor press then still takes your tv back to terrestrial tv, it's probably faulty.
