Tv wont connect

I can turn on Netflix but I can't receive tv channels. I get a message: 'Chech the aerial cable connection and chec saved channels.'

That sounds like a message from the TV rather than the Sky box.  In which case you need to make sure you are viewing the correct HDMI port that your Sky box is connected to on the TV.

Well Netflix is working but tv is not - I can't get the tv menu back.

Netflix through a television app would function when there's no input from either an aerial or a Sky box.

You're watching Netflix via your TV, not your Sky box. You need to change the input source to the one your Sky box is connected to, in order to watch Sky, as @oj01 posted. Look for a button on your TV remote, marked input or source or AV
