Do you mean the TV? Or your Sky box?

It is my Sky recordings it cut off when I was watching, then it came back to three lights to start it again then you watched recordings 15 minutes later same thing happened

But seems to be okay now, but I don't know why that happened

Possibly some sort of hard disk fault causing the box to restart. It might be an indication that the hard disk is getting towards the end of its life. If it starts to happen more frequently you could try a full System Reset, but it will erase all your recordings.
