We dont have any sky programs as it keeps coming up 25

Sky+ error 25 is usually associated with a satellite signal problem. Check by keying Services > Settings > Signal  on your Sky remote. The white part of all four  bars must be at least half way across.

As you are talking to other customers in

here I would suggest doing a planner rebuild:


Press Services on your remote

Select Help

Select Sky+ Rebuild


This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something. Your recordings and downloads are safe when doing this.
