Technical Fault Sky
Problem with hard disk drive
Recordings, on demand and other services not available
When selecting the yellow button to launch help unable to access
Have had this problem from December and cannot resolve the issue, and has not been resolved.
Going to be charged to be fixed even though bills have been paid and we have had no access

Re: Technical Fault Sky
Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, and/or Sky Stream.
Satellite TV is on its last legs and is being replaced due to the lack of any new satellites being launched to replace the existing ones that are at the end of their service

Re: Technical Fault Sky
@Angela602 if the hard disk has failed, as appears to be the case, Sky's solution will be for you to switch to Sky Q or Sky Stream as @Annie+UK posted.
If you want to stick with Sky+ you'll have to get the hard disk replaced, at your own expense. A replacement Sky+ box won't work.
