TNT box office Fury

I am trying to book fury fight for sat 28th 2023 on sky hd box.

Tried online, says unable to book now.

Tried on channel 490, box works on it then says no signal, box working ok otherwise.

Tried virtual assistant, complete waste of time.

Cant seem to speak to anyone at sky.

Is payment for PPv taken from debit card as separate payment? have a new bank card that I cannot find anywhere to update, most it says is PPV will be added onto next DD payment.
