Still waiting

I was told the both sky boxes should start again within 5 minutes yo an hour.  It is over 2 hours andbi am still waiting.   Uou also promised to call me bavk, andbi sm still waiting.  I would appreciate if someone could give me a call please

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Why are you expecting Sky to call? It won't happen on the basis of a post on here.
