Software upgrade

New software upgrade change list the tv is doing it but it hasn't moved since last night and can't watch tv

If you have Sky+HD (where you've posted) then it's your TV that's doing a software upgrade. Sky+HD boxes haven't had a software upgrade in years (nor will they).
