We couldn't watch any paid for channels or playback. All sorted now. I called them uo lady on phone kept insisting because old boxes this could happen at anytime it was just a coincedence it happened after we called to switch. She was insistant that nothing could be done box fault could not be repaired. Pointed out it was only subscription channels that had gone which had been paid for she said i'd get money back its just a coincedence. Funny suddenly they all re appeared again.
