I need signal resending to my sky box because all I have is a blue screen and was told yesterday they have to do it as it is reconnection setup

Who told you that? When did your Sky box last work normally? Any lights on the front panel? Have you tried turning off at the plug for 4 minutes?

It is OK I have spoken to them as I thought all they needed to do is send there connection to my sky box  thank you for replying
