Sky + viewing card
My Sky + box stopped working and I have bought a reconditioned box.
With the viewing card from the old box I cannot access any Sky channels.
I get a message saying I need to pair the card and after I select that it says the card has been paired successfully and the channels will be available shortly. However, no channels are accessible even after a long wait. Eventually it does back to the pairing message and the process starts all over again.

Sky+, being a legacy package, is no longer supported by Sky.
You can't now pair a viewing card to another Sky+ box that it wasn't paired to at the end of October 2024.
You can still call Sky to discuss your options which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.
