Sky scamming SKY HD+ customers
Why is it that pretty much since Sky announced Sky HD + boxes were no longer supported my signal has got worse on my 3 HD boxes - interesting that - may be trying to acquire more Sky Q customers or am I simply a misinformed cynic ?

Re: Sky scamming SKY HD+ customers
I can't tnink of anything Sky can do to affect the strength of the signal reaching your Sky boxes. Either there's a fault with your Sky boxes (unlikely) or with your dish setup.

Re: Sky scamming SKY HD+ customers
@JTBSKY And you do realise that Sky have no control of the satellites in orbit, nor can they effect it's signal strength.
Not sure how you came to the conclusion Sky are scamming you?

Re: Sky scamming SKY HD+ customers
@JTBSKY As it's affecting all 3 boxes, a simple dish alignment issue would seem most likely or a failing LNB. Unfortunately, you'll need a local satellite engineer to investigate and fix.

Re: Sky scamming SKY HD+ customers
Stormy weather around the country has caused a lot of dishes to be moved slightly, the forum has had an increased number of reports
But I guess most people moaning will blame Sky for the weather 😞
