Sky is not working

Good morning,

Actually the normal TV channels are working but not the sky channels and I can't see previous recorded programmes as well.

The Sky upgrade was due before but the payment has deducted from the account but on the TV sky channels are still unavailable.

What happens when you try to access these Channels/Recordings?
