Sky +hd box has stoppped working

My sky plus HD box froze on christmas eve. I have tried to reboot several times but it won't come back on. I have one orange light on the front but nothing will work. I've put new batteries in my control and I've taken the viewing card out and cleaned it but the box will not come back on

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q (all issues will be fixed during a Sky Q install), Sky Glass and Sky Stream

Do the buttons on the top of the box work?

Try a FSR (See my Sky Plus FAQ for instructions)
