Sky gold help

For some reason sky channels have disappeared I cannot watch sky gold please help

What is happening, are you seeing a no satellite signal ?

I presume you mean UK Gold as there is no channel called Sky Gold.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
