Sky box won’t come on

Tried switching off for 30 seconds unplugged all wires put back in not working  red light stays  won't change to amber

Try unplugging it for at least 5 minutes as 30 seconds is not enough time for the capacitors to drain

If that does not work then a forced software update may help or as a last result a full system restore (see my Sky Plus FAQ for details)
