Sky box replacement

I'm currently using sky + HD box. I got a letter saying I need to upgrade to sky q because my old sky box will stop working at some point. I've been trying to talk to someone to assist me getting it delivered.

@Pearlnthiyane_ Sky Q box is installed by a Sky engineer as it requires an alteration to be made to your dish. Does the letter not include a contact number?

Thank you for replying. Yes there is a number. I called and the Ai told me to go to the sky website and get it sorted there. This is why I ended up here. I'm going try calling the number again on Monday.

@Pearlnthiyane_ When you call again, try simply not responding to the AI bot. Just wait on the line.

Sky has sent me a pack sky box and nit a sky Q box how fo i add that package to my account

Do you mean you've received a Stream puck?

 

If so then it's s a replacement for Sky+ (if this is what you were using previously)

 

Sky doesn't permit platforms to be mixed.
