In what way? Not powering on? No channels showing? 

If you have Sky+ then it's now an obsolete system which Sky no longer support. You'll either need to switch to Sky Q or Sky Stream or get an independent satellite installer to check your dish if it's a signal issue. Sky cannot supply replacement Sky+ boxes.
