Sky box not working

Hi there 

my sky box is not working it will not recoord and the sky viewing card sometime doesn't work with certain channels why: can tug call a Engineer to come to my house to fix this.

My sky box is not working it will not record channels and the sky viewing card sometimes doesn't work on certain channels. The remote is very slow as well. Please can you call a engineer to come and fix this to my house.

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q (Satellite TV is approaching end of life so is not a long term solution)

Sky will not send engineers for Sky+ systems any more
