@FMK74  If you provide more details on what the issue is as "not working" isn't helpful.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have turned the sky box off and on several times and my sky box it still not working. 

the screen keeps displaying "your box is initialising"

Check your cables and dish as this is an indication that the box is NOT getting a satellite signal
