Sky blocking the signal for terrestrial tv in other rooms

Hi 

Since my sky+ was installed it has blocked the signal of the tv Ariel in other rooms.  I only have basic sky, but would like to be able to view free view in other rooms.  I am told I need a particular connection that I connect between the sky box and the return switch on my wall. Does anyone know what this switch is called?

To view freeview, you should need to patch the tv out of your wall plage to the return on the same plate.

This will pump a signal around f your house to the bedroom points.
