Sky Glass/Stream or Q?

It's not Sky+, where you've posted.

The apps available are curated by Sky, and aren't customisable. But which app do you mean?

Is this a Sky Q box and if it is then as Sky control the apps on a Q box so us customers can not install any.

There isn't any model of Sky TV box which can transmit a video signal wirelessly to a television set.  The boxes can receive data this way, but that's different.

It would help if you could identify which Sky television platform you have subscribed to.
